1. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
RailReLease offers an independent mediation/consulting service between demand and offer of rail (freight) vehicles in Europe. We are committed to providing you with a high level of customer service and a clear insight in the rail freight transport market. We are an independent company and work on a base of no-cure-no-pay.

Website marketplace
- Free placement of demand and offer on our website.
- Clear overview of offer/demand in the rail market.

Service
- Actively looking for and finding potential business contacts for our customers.
- Giving support in gathering information about products, materials and the rail freight market
- Giving advise on logistics, solutions and alternatives
- Providing technical and/or economical examination of the rail vehicles by an independent expert.

2. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Website marketplace
a. The customer puts the information about demand/offer on our website marketplace.
b. If a potential business contact wants to act upon this information, he will contact RailReLease.
c. We will decide whether or not we need more information from this contact or whether we should or should not continue the cooperation.
d. When we decide to work together with this contact, we will immediately inform our customer and supply all the necessary information needed for the decision-making. (This information will not contain any contact data or the contacts company name, as we stay mediator in this process.)
e. If the customer confirms its interest, we will make a written agreement and send a contract for both parties to sign, unless agreed upon otherwise.
f. RailReLease will hereafter send its bill (mediation costs, rates on request)
g. Costs and expenses according to the products and services agreed upon in the contract with the business contact, will be billed separately by the business contact himself.

3. LIABILITY
- RailReLease will take no responsibility for the interaction or activities taken after revealing contact data to the customer
- RailReLease is not responsible for the technical condition of the offered vehicles
- The responsibility for the display of correct data on the internet marketplace is for the customer (users)
- RailReLease can in no event be held responsible for loss of profits or any damage resulting from information on our website or from the service we have offered
- RailReLease works under Dutch laws.

4. THE CUSTOMER
- Will describe the item and all terms of sale on the listing page of RailReLease.
- Will be authorized to sell/lease or rent the items that are offered or requested.
- Will pay RailReLease for its services even if complications in the following of the contract will occur after the contact data have been revealed.
- Will pay the minimum price (as stated in the rates list) if he uses RailReLease for the offer or request regarding exactly the same assets a second time
- Will pay his RailReLease bill within two weeks after agreement on the billing. The price will be calculated according to the rates stated in the rates list and will be without VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. CHANGE OR WITHDRAW A PRODUCT PLACEMENT (WEBSITE)
a. Product placements on the website can be changed for free at any time.
b. The customer has to inform RailReLease when an offer or request changes.
c. Customers making false offers or requests or who have not informed RailReLease about changes made in
the offer, will be send an invoice for 1000 euro.

6. COPYRIGHT
-RailReLease holds copyright on everything that is exposed on her website.
-In case part of these terms are illegitimate, this does not means that the total is unlawful.

The RailReLease general conditions will be applied to all RailReLease contracts. You can download the extended version of the General conditions here. By signing the contract you agree upon the general conditions of RailReLease BV.
